Great news, a new grant will be available for eligible FTHB April 15th who have a fully executed P&S agreement. This grant will match 2:1 EMD deposit funds (must be buyers own funds, not a gift) up to $20K. It is an EMD funds match, if the buyer puts down $1000 on the offer and $4000 at signing of P&S they can receive a grant of up to $10K.
